Buyers Fit, Honda SUV increasingly in demand in Indonesia

SUV buyers in Indonesia showed that they matched with the cars of Honda. This is evident from the continued growth in sales of their vehicles of this type.

More than two-thirds of the total number of vehicles sold in Honda this type, up to ten records per month in 2016.

Honda BR-V still continues to lead sales in the segment LSUV since it was first launched until October 2016, with the acquisition of total sales throughout the year 2016 amounted to 33 414 units and a market share of 33 percent.

Still from LSUV segment, Honda HR-V 1.5L posted sales totaling 30.833 units with a market share of 31 percent during 2016. Meanwhile, Honda HR-V 1.8L posted total sales for 2016 amounted to 7,068 units with a market share of 11 percent.

In the SUV segment, the Honda CR-V record sales of 6993 units with a market share of 11 percent from January to October 2016.
