German automotive giant, Mercedes-Benz, had long wanted to develop electric cars for the future of luxury.
To support the electric car products that will come, the Mercedes has also prepared a special brand name for electric cars in Mercedes.
As AutoExpress reported on Thursday (11/8) and then, Mercedes has patented the name 'EQ' and its slogan.
With the full name 'Mercedes-EQ', car manufacturers from the city of Stuttgart, Germany has also been registering the name of EQA, EQB, and so on until EQX.
