The transition to CNG fuel intention Don't Just Discourse alone

Despite already echoed a few years ago, the intention of the use of alternative fuels other than fossil fuels, such as gas fuel (BBG) turns up to now still under discussion. That the government in addressing this certainly makes increasing pollution and global warming due to the use of conventional fuels.

Autogas Indonesia's participation in auto shows Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show this year, aims to spread the culture of clean and healthy to users of vehicles to use CNG.

"For a country, anywhere, the success of this program, I thought it must have sources of gas first. There are other countries that some of its gas imports but BBG smoothly, Singapore for example. Then Thailand import gas from Myanmar and Malaysia. Meanwhile, Korea's imports from Indonesia. That is clear (the problem) from the government, "said Ahmad Saifuddin, Executive Director KPBB, in booth Autogas Indonesia, Friday (12/8).

According to Ahmad, only those who can make a portion of the policy. Indonesia is rich in natural gas, but allocated anywhere.

"We are rich in gas but deserted gas. To create the infrastructure right is not a year or two, it took a decade. We're late actually. Indonesia is already aware, we just swayed by fuel cost. We are an exporter and not an importer. Now the price of oil fell, while new infrastructure built, "he said.

Until now, the transition has not been too visible. "Our task is to provide the infrastructure and competitive devices. Until the vehicle would produce directly from the manufacturer. Currently in Indonesia there are 100 CNG filling stations, among others, West Java, Central Java and Yogyakarta, Palembang and Batam, Banten, Balikpapan, East Java and Bali. And this is indeed smaller than Pertamina gas stations, "he explained.

Related to the above, in Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) in ICE BSD City, Tangerang, Indonesia Autogas reiterated that the use of CNG is more economical than fuel. For example, if pertamax spend Rp 110 thousand per 10 liters of gasoline a day, if you use Liquefied Gas for Vehicle (LGV) need only Rp 59 thousand and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Rp 79 thousand. If there is doubt the issue of security, no need to hesitate. Because with a converter kit that is qualified and properly installed, it can be overcome worries can be overcome.

Autogas converter kit has been equipped with various safety features that prevent leakage. One of them with a buzzer that can tell the user, so that the gas flow can be closed.

In addition, the workshop Autogas Indonesia has a license from the Ministry of Land Transportation and supported by adequate workshop equipment. It is supported by experts in the field of installation and maintenance converter kit.

Mounting kit converter will not interfere with other components because they have the electronic control unit (ECU) own 'easy fast'.

Autogas Indonesia itself offers two types of converters, ie the type of gas to fuel CNG and LGV. As an illustration, CNG stands for compressed natural gas or compressed natural gas or compressed, while LGV stands for liquefied gas for vehicle or liquefied gas.
