Speaking to Autoblog, the CEO of Lotus, Jean-Marc Gales, the company has no plans to make a car with hybrid drive.
According to him, the hybrid technology is too heavy and cumbersome, so it is not in line with the principle of the Lotus car is simple and lightweight.
Only, Gales raised the possibility of Lotus to build electric cars, although there will be built in the near future.
