Marc Marquez: Winner Wins Again Without? Okay-okay Only!

Repsol Honda rider Marc Marquez claimed would not mind if he successfully won the MotoGP world title in 2017 without a victory in five additional series remaining. Although the "new" collected three wins, Marquez indeed lead the rider standings, which stood at 223 points.

Since the second half of the season starts in Austria, Marquez has not yet won only once on the podium when finishing third in the Czech Republic. Even so, the 23-year rider do not mind if you can not win a race until the end of the season, as long as he was able to maintain the lead in the standings from Valentino Rossi.

"If I win a title without winning more races, then it's okay. People only remember who is champion, not who has more wins. In essence, my main target is the title. The mentality I was consistently picked up points, but if there is a chance to win, I will try, "he told Crash.net.

MotoGP Aragon, Spain this weekend, Marquez was leading 43 points of Rossi in second. This margin is quite large, but Marquez believes that keeping him would be quite difficult, considering the Michelin tires and electronic uniformity make the competition difficult to read.

"We have to maintain this position and work hard. There are some circuits that fits with us, but you never know. With the tires and the new electronics, you can win or lose with a distance of 10 seconds. This year everything is wide open, as evidenced by the eight winners different. So we have to continue to work hard in every session, "he concluded.
