This 4 Car Brands that Satisfy Customers Indonesia



Four tersarikan car brand in the evaluation of the level of customer satisfaction by J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016 Indonesia Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.

These four brands were ranked top for business consultancy services, service facilities, and the quality of service. As an illustration, the officer involved in the field of consulting services division provides explanations to be monitored more thoroughly.


Ninety-five percent of the customers according to the survey indicated service consultants explain thoroughly about the work that has been done on their vehicles, up 82 percent from a year ago.The percentage of customers who say their service consultants provide a thorough explanation of the cost increase to 79 percent in 2016 from 70 percent in 2015.


The number of customers who expect it as a basic requirement of consulting services they get, if it does not satisfy two of these activities, will cause a decline in satisfaction scores respectively to 28 points and 6 points.


Four brands that satisfy customers in this case are Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Daihatsu. Toyota ranked the highest in overall service satisfaction with the value 769. Nissan is ranked second (767), followed by Mitsubishi (766) and Daihatsu (765).


The study itself is based on responses from 3,041 vehicle owners who take delivery of their new vehicle between February 2014 and June 2015 and has been delivering their vehicles to an authorized dealer or service center between August 2016 and June 2016. The study was conducted from February to June 2016.
